This mourning, Andy went for his jog. Let me just say, there is nothing as sexy as a man on a mission. He looks so good! He has lost a ton of weight and looks incredible. Sunday we went shopping for him some new clothes. He needed them bad. He's old ones were falling off of him. It took everything I had to keep from molesting him in the dressing room! I'm super proud of him. He is doing awesome. Sorry I don't have a picture but he avoids the camera like it's the plague.
Props go out to Shan this week for losing almost 5 pounds. She is doing awesome. Maybe I shouldn't have talked her into the contest after all! She and I had talked about auditioning for the Biggest Loser show. It's a good thing we didn't. She would have already gotten me kicked off ! HA! Just kidding Shan. I'm really proud of you and happy you're doing so great. If I don't win, I will be happy for you to take the crown as biggest loser 2009. I am glad we have gotten to be such good friends. I think that has been the best part.

Do you know how much I love you? You're the best! I have to say, I wouldn't have done this whole weight loss thing had you not told me you guys were doing it. I was telling Nate that last night! If I win, I'm taking you & I to dinner & we're gonna eat good & have us some drinks!
