Hairy!

I woke up this morning and this is what I saw. A scary, old, sasquach! I wanted to laugh and cry all at the same time!

I just got an email from my cousin Ilya. For those of you who don't know, Ilya was a foriegn exchange student that lived with my grandma and grandpa about ten years ago. He's from Russia but now he lives in or around Boston. He sent me some pictures of his little boy, Martin. He is SOOOO Cute. Carter was so excited. He has watched the videos at least 10 times today!

Carter's Tractor

Well, it is officially spring. Finally! Andy got to mow the lawn yesterday and Carter got to get out his tractor for the first time since Christmas. I think he had forgot about it because he got so excited when Andy got it out of the garage. He has rode that thing all day today. He thought it was a big trip when Daddy asked him to pull the tractor up to the grass piles they had made and he got to help haul it back to the garage. He also loves crashing it into things. He has rammed the house, the building, the tree, just about everything. Including Mommy and Daddy. He hasn't quit learned how to go in reverse yet, so when you hear " CRASH! CRASH.......HELP MOMMY! HELP!" you know it's time to go turn him around.

Thanks Nanny and PawPaw, he really loves it. My only complaint is that next time, buy a slower one. That thing goes about 100 miles per hour. He's hard to keep up with. Ya know, I am a smoker!!

To Keisha-I have to right a wrong and apologize to my sister. I'm sorry I misspelled your name Keisha. I do that all the time. I love ya but I can never if its i before e or e before i. Tell Matt I love him and miss you both.
To Kimmy- Thanks for reminding me of the dream. I can not believe I forgot that. To everyone who doesn't know, my sis Kim had a dream that I was skinnier than she is. Now that would be a feat. She's probably a size 0-2. I love her but she makes me sick. ( just kidding! ya know I love ya!) Thanks for reminding me Kim, that really does lift my spirits and makes me want to keep going with the diet.Tell Bubby I love him too and I miss the both of you. See you guys soon.
To Everyone- I am sorry about the food pics. I did not mean to cause so much turmoil. And I certainly did not intend to induce some sort of feeding frenzy among my friends and family!!!!! A million sorrys!!!!

This mourning, Andy went for his jog. Let me just say, there is nothing as sexy as a man on a mission. He looks so good! He has lost a ton of weight and looks incredible. Sunday we went shopping for him some new clothes. He needed them bad. He's old ones were falling off of him. It took everything I had to keep from molesting him in the dressing room! I'm super proud of him. He is doing awesome. Sorry I don't have a picture but he avoids the camera like it's the plague.
Props go out to Shan this week for losing almost 5 pounds. She is doing awesome. Maybe I shouldn't have talked her into the contest after all! She and I had talked about auditioning for the Biggest Loser show. It's a good thing we didn't. She would have already gotten me kicked off ! HA! Just kidding Shan. I'm really proud of you and happy you're doing so great. If I don't win, I will be happy for you to take the crown as biggest loser 2009. I am glad we have gotten to be such good friends. I think that has been the best part.

Yeah, I know. I'm Hot!

Andy and I went out on Sunday and I wore the shirt I bought when I was out with Shan a while back. It looked really good on and I was glad she talked me in to buying it. I also wore this new bra I bought. It's a little to small in the cups but I love it so I'm not sending it back. The only problem with it is that i think it may be one of those push up bras. I had boob everywhere!!! Andy couldn't stop staring at them long enough to eat his food. He said every time he bent down to take a bite he was afraid they would put his eyes out! Ha Ha!!!!!!!

AWE, the trials of being blessed. Sometimes I wish they were smaller but then what would I write about!!

My Leg, Carter's Pee

Carter's been asking to go poop in the potty all day. Tonight he peed. I was so excited. He asked to go and he went. How awesome is that? I thought he was done so I made him get up. He started crying and I thought he was just staling so he didn't have to go to bed. He ran over to hug me and let loose a flood. He peed all over my leg and all in the floor. I couldn't be mad because he tried to tell me and I wouldn't listen. He is such a good boy. If I knew all my kids would be as good as him, I'd have 50. OK, maybe 25.

Hi Shan, whats up girl. I'm dedicating this blog to you because you are the only one who reads it! I really like my blog, it is the only site I use all the time. Facebook is to confusing and my space is boring. I write everything on here, but I guess I'm talking to myself ( and Shan!) So Shan, whats up girl. FAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

I am absolutely blowing the diet this week. Being home last week has really set me back. I have sugar running though my veins again and it feels so good!!!!!!!!!! I think Shan's blog about sugar being as addictive as cocaine may be true. I defiantly feel high. I've got to get back on the wagon, or is it off the wagon? If I don't I'm going to be as big as a house again. I'll be the 7 hundred pound lady they have to cut out of her house after they wad though the pop cans and Twinkies wrappers to find me. I need a little inspiration, motivational speech or a good kick in the butt, so help me out friends.

Aunt Linda

Sorry to bum everybody out but I have to vent. I just got some bad news. My great Aunt Linda died Tuesday and I'm really bummed about it. She was a great person and so funny. I miss her already. I don't have a picture but she was beautiful. The thing I think I will remember the most is her bright red hair. And she was always in the best mood. She had the best jokes too. I hate getting older because you have to start losing the people you love. By the time I have grand kids I will probably have lost a lot of people I love. I know they will be in a better place but it doesn't make it any easier. I will see her again but I can't imagine my life without her. She was one of the people I thought I was most like in my family. Even though we didn't see each other often, she greatly influenced me. People with such a positive, funny disposition can impact your life deeply and my Aunt Linda was one of those people. Goodbye Aunt Linda, I love you and will miss you. RIP

My Dad, THE GENIUS!!!

I just got back from Ky. and I'm already sad my trip is over. I had the best time. My family is so funny, I don't think I stopped laughing the whole time. I got there Friday afternoon and after Mom got home from work we all loaded up and went down to the sportsman's lodge where my dad and brother are members. The boys camp and the local boy scouts were having a fish fry and let me just say it was soooooo goooood! Those boys can cook!!!!!! there's nothing like eating dinner in a place where it doesn't matter what you wear or what you look like. Everyone's welcome. Saturday I just vegged out with the fam and colored Easter eggs for church. Carter thought it was the coolest thing. He and Dad were eating the eggs as fast as we could color them. All Carter wants to eat now is eggs! You know those plastic covers that go around the eggs, the things that come in the egg coloring kit and you put them on the eggs while they're still hot and they form to the egg? Well my dad decided he had a better way of putting it on, with his cigarette lighter. It worked like a charm, believe it or not. It was pretty funny watching him do it and my brother commented " OUR DAD, THE GENIUS!" I thought I would pee my pants! Sunday we went to church and up to Greatmas for the Easter egg hunt. We had an adult egg hunt too, for the big kids. I found the lucky egg that had 27 dollars in it but I dropped it and Keisha got it. I thought that was cheating but everyone said I fumbled it and it was fair game. To Keisha's credit she split the money with me. By the way , I think I had A moment of insanity because I eat enough to feed a small village this weekend. I won't be surprised if I gain 10 pounds back. I'm never going to catch Shannon now! And last night, my last night home, we had movie night. My greatma, Matt, Keisha, Bubby, Kim, Tj, Laura, Mark, LaShell and I just hung out at Grans and eat, watched movies, cracked jokes and made fun of each other all night. It was awesome. In conclusion, my family is great, I had the best time and I can't wait to go back again. PS .. INDIANA SUCKS!!!!!!!!

WORST CIRCUS EVER !!!!!!!!!

This is what you think of when you think of the circus, right? Well this is not what I experienced Saturday when Andy, Nate, Shannon, and I took our kids to the Pages Circus. I think it may have possibly been the worst circus ever.

When we first get there we are all very excited..... until we get inside. It was held in the 4-H barn at the fairgrounds which was very small and of course it smelled like ass. The ceiling was very low and we were wondering how they were going to have acrobats, let alone bring in huge elephants! Before the show they offered pony rides which Carter insist he ride, twice. They were the saddest looking ponies ever! I was fine with him riding them But when they unhooked the ponies to take them out of the ring, they went crazy! They were bucking and biting, it scared me to death. I had been worried about lion attacks and elephant stampedes all day!I thought if the ponies were this wild, We would all surly be eaten by the time the night was out!

Well, the show began, and the longer it went on the worse it got. The lions and tigers looked like they had the mange. Every time they would jump onto their platforms the platforms would fall over. There were only two clowns, a 8 year old boy and a 20-something guy, and neither was very good at his job. The 20-somethings pants fell down on the trampoline but I have to say I kinda enjoyed that! ( Nice package Mr. Clown!!) The Camel just ran in circles, big whoop!, the jugglers only juggled 4 items, yippee, the trampoline guys almost cracked their skulls on the ceiling, ouch, the woman acrobat was 20lbs. shy of weighing what I weight, way to swing big girl!, and at one point they had a dog in an elephant costume, poor thing!

They finally brought the elephants out and I was so disappointed. They looked so sad!! And let me just say nothing, not even my husband, smells as bad as an elephant fart. Of course we had to sit in the front row. The butt was facing us and I think the wind from it blow my hair back. I think my mouth was open too because I can still taste it!! YUCK!! We finally got to ride the elephant and I have to say that was the best part. If you've never rode an elephant I highly recommend it. However the spine can ride up your who ha, so be careful ........or enjoy.........

Not to bad if I say so myself. But the more I look at it the funnier it gets. It looks like I'm contemplating the meaning of life, when in reality, I'm thinking I might need to fart! Take a good look and see if you can see the gas pains! HA HA!

Show me your Tats!!!!!

Remember when you were a kid and you got temporary tattoos in a box of cracker jacks or in one of those machines at the front of the grocery store? You couldn't wait to get home, get a soaking wet washcloth and plaster that baby on. Then you'd bust out your tank tops and strut around like you were the coolest kid alive. Remember? Well, today Carter got to experience the joys of being cool. Everybody he has seen today has had to look at his tats and if he didn't get the response he was looking for he insisted they look again! "LOOK! LOOK! ATOOZ! ATOOZ!!!" He's even had his shirt sleeves pushed up for lack of tank top!!! He loved it so much that I will probably have a 19 year old son with a full back piece and 2 full sleeves! I don't have a problem with it as long as he doesn't come home looking like the lizard man!

NOT CLEAN ENOUGH!

I was giving Carter a bath tonight and he decided that the tub was not clean enough to take a bath. So he started washing it down with his wash cloth. Then he washed all his toys. I told him that mama was only one person and couldn't do everything in one day and he thought that was funny. He may look like his daddy, and walk and talk and act like his daddy, but it was nice to see a little of me for a change.
